Official SURF check in ~ useless.

There is an iSURF which is an international version of SURF. Fairly easy to apply to.

Discussed with Jet Splitting idea. Current solution with 2D x 1D x 1D x 1D templates.

He will look into using a model to predict the {thetas} not simple 1D projections.
